Fuel oil supply unit module

 

The fuel supply unit serves the fuel supply system of the diesel engine, control the viscosity and temperature of fuel entering the engine, ensures the fuel supply pressure, and improve the quality of the heavy fuel oil to achieve the best combustion efficiency, this increases the service life of the diesel engine. The fuel system consists of a coarse filter, supply pump, self-cleaning filter, flow meter, and mixing tank, then is pressurized by the fuel booster pump, heated by the fuel heater, and the viscosity is measured by a viscometer. The viscosity signal feedback is then used to automatically control the fuel to achieve the optimal combustion state in the diesel engine. This unit features automated control and is a mature product that integrates operation, display, alarm, and remote control functions.
